| Abstrak | : | Background Research : A lot of the commotion or the clashes between police and the community because of the inability of someone to manage emotions. Dalmas is a police unit who deal directly with the public in any condition. Dalmas A member must have a good emotional maturity to be able to protect the society. Objectives : to know how the level of emotional maturity Dalmas member national police, especially in the face during a demonstration in the region of Yogyakarta Police Methods : This study is a study conducted by Cross Sectional (Cut latitude). The subjects of this study are members of national police Dalmas who is still actively working in the Police environment DI.Yogyakarta. The data was collected by questionnaires that have been thorough and conducted by Ghom and Clore (2002). Results : obtained the result that the distribution of the emotional kematagan Dalmas members are still dominated by a mature emotional level, though not add up to 100%. Conclusion : Level of emotional maturity Dalmas member national police in Yogyakarta dominated by a mature level of emotional maturity. Keywords : emotional maturity, Member of the Police Dalmas |
