| Abstrak | : | Background: There were three major eruption of Merapi mountain on 26th and 30th of Oktober, and on the 5th of November 2010 which resulted in wet volcanic ash in various directions, and caused many fatalities and injuries and loss of property and the residential population around its were caused the brunt of cold lava and hot clouds. Eight hamlets in the village of Kepuhharjo, Cangkringan part were affected incredible powerful. Accompanied by a refugee disaster often creates major public health problem. Objectives: To determine the environmental health activities conducted by the Cangkringan Primary Health Care post Merapi eruption disaster on Kepuhharjo village residents and to know the system of coordination between the Cangkringan Primary Health Care with related parties. Methods: Qualitative descriptive approach is exploratory case study using primary data with a data collection technique in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation and documentation study using secondary data. Results and discussion: Environmental health activities by the Cangkringan Primary HealthCare after the eruption of Merapi on Kepuhharjo Village residents, such as: empowering communities through regeneration activities, food control, vector control, water supply and supervision of public places has been good enough while the sanitation supervision, behavior of healthy, supervision of a healthy housing, is still minimal role. Coordination with the Health Center Cangkringan institution on it and other cross-sectoral institutions are good enough, especially in the implementation of environmental health services in disaster situations and post-eruption of Merapi. Conclusion: Based on interviews and observations of the first strata of environmental health services, The Cangkringan Primary Health Care in general duties to be performed on post-disaster situations have largely been implemented by the health center to coordinate on the other side.
