| Abstrak | : | Background: The issue of violation of the law on health care is rife at all discussed these days. In the practice of medicine, it may happen there is a breach of discipline in health care. So far in our country there is no standard legal provisions that could regulate the medical profession wrong profession. The issue of illegal abortion that one of them, giving a false certificate, and many more that others. Physicians in providing health services must be in accordance with specified service standards. Any health care provider must have extensive knowledge and update the latest information about the health of the world. Objectivity: Knowing the views of physicians on issues of health law violations. Method: The study was a descriptive study using a design case study with qualitative analysis. Data is collected by in-depth interviews with research informants against each form of semistructured interviews. Informant research specialist doctors as much as 6 2, 2 dentists, general practitioners 2. Techniques of data analysis using a fixed ratio method which consists of data reduction, data categorization, sintesisasi, and the preparation of a working hypothesis .. Result: Physician views on various issues of health law violations. Any activity related to the medical doctor should be done with appropriate service standards Conclusion: The presumption on the issue of violations of misconduct and not in accordance with existing procedures.
