| Abstrak | : | Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is defined as a public entity set up to organize the social security program. Health Insurance is a guarantee in the form of health protection that participants receive health care benefits and protection to meet basic health needs are given to every person who has paid dues or dues paid by the government. This study which aims to determine differences in prescribing patterns and analysis of cost medic direct on second largest diseases are primary hypertension and cough in Puskesmas Depok II Sleman on BPJS/JKN program compared with the previous program. Analysis is an observational descriptive cross sectional study. The sample used was a recipe and medical record patient before BPJS/JKN program in September-Desember 2013 and on BPJS/JKN program in Januari-April 2014. The result is Prescribing patterns in patients with primary hypertension and cough in Puskesmas Depok II Sleman Yogyakarta on BPJS/JKN program have different with the previous program. Analysis of cost medic direct on the previous program BPJS/JKN primary hypertension is Rp. 15.887., and cough Rp. 13.849., more expensive on BPJS/JKN program are primary hypertension is Rp.15.430,- and cough Rp.13.718,- Keyword : BPJS kesehatan, Prescribing pattern, Puskesmas Depok II Sleman |
