Many cases of acute diarrhea in children increasing number of patients, and the importance of racionality use of drugs we need to be evaluated drug therapy in patients pediatrics diarrhea watery acute. This was a descriptively research with of cross sectional research design. The data found from medical record in dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta hospital. The period of time taken from august 2013-mei 2014. The sample purposive use sampling techniques that fulfill the criteria of inclusion. The kind of data used in this research is secondary data and data primary found from demographic data and medical record patient. Analysis of data research using analysis descriptive to know distribution patients, demographic therapy diarrhea, and conformity therapy diarrhea in RSUP dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Therapy of pharmacology in handling diarrhea patients hospitalized in RSUP dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta is therapeutic antibiotics most widely is sefotaksim (34%), fluid through an infusion of rehidration without degree until heavy dehydration, and antidiarrhea most widely is zinc (88,24%). Conformity therapy diarrhea in RSUP dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta with medical service standards RSUP dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta : 88,01% for therapy rehidration, 100% for therapy antidiarrhea, and therapy antibiotic is 22%. \par Keyword : Conformity therapy, diarrhea watery acute, pediatrics\f1\fs16 \par } |
