One of the efforts made by hospital to manage the availability of drugs that patient needs. Based on observation in Sleman Regional General Hospital showed expired date, dead stock, and stock out. The aim of this research is to availability at Pharmacy's unit of Sleman District General Hospital evaluation on 2013. The research was descriptive research with use retrospective data o 2013. It is quantitative data from the observation of document on 2013 and qualitative data from interview to leader of Pharmacy's unit of Sleman District General Hospital and employee storage. The result of quantitative data showed of tabel and qualitative data showed of narration. The result of availability evaluation with show some efficiency indicators, showed result that percentage of expired drug (0,15%) with the value (Rp.264.000,-), the percentage of dead stock (6,33%), stock out (29,81%), value of TOR (11,24 times per year), and the level of excess drug availability (61,54%), the safe level (2,88%), and the less availability (35,58%). Based on these study, it can be concluded that level of drug availability in storage drug on 2013 was not good that drug availability in stoarage drug is over. \par Keyword: inventory management, drug availability, Storage Drug Sleman Regional General Hospital\f1\fs16 \par } |
