| Abstrak | : | This study aims to determine the physical stability of the preparation nanoemulsion pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita moschata D., seed oil) to contain vitamin E compound is effective as anti-aging. Pumpkin seed oil is obtained with soxhletasi method, then made preparations nanoemulsion is influenced by the mixing ratio between tween 80 and sorbitol as a surfactant and cosurfactant with titration method. Preparations nanoemulsion is designed variation ratio formula between tween 80 and sorbitol which formula I (2: 1), formula II (1: 1), formula III (3: 1). Physical Stability test nanoemulsion include organoleptic test, viscosity, pH, particle size, and centrifugation. Analysis of the results based on the study of literature fourth edition of the Pharmacopoeia, USP 32-NF27 and other scientific literature showing that pumpkin seed oil is positive contain vitamin E with a color change to yellow-gray spots and has a value contain of vitamin E is 95.94 mg / mL. Physical stability preparation nanoemulsion best is the formula I with ratio (2: 1) between tween 80 and sorbitol at a concentration (30%: 15%), so it can be concluded that nanoemulsi pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita moschata D., seed oil) stabilized physically.
