| Abstrak | : | Diarrhea is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in developing countries in childhood. In 2007 the infant mortality rate was 42% and 25.2% in Indonesian infants. One of the causes of the high incidence of these deaths is diarrhea treatment that is not yet fully meet the standards of care and treatment that have been determined based on the dose and indications seen. Penatalaksaan improper diarrhea can worsen the patient's condition and can lead to severe dehydration and death. This study aims to look at prescribing patterns and images of conformity antidiarrheal antidiarrheal therapy in patients seen toddlers of suitability Standard Media Services (MSS) Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital in 2013 with the World Gastroenterology Organisation Global Guidelines (WGO). This study was an observational descriptive browse the patient medical record data on poly toddler outpatient acute diarrhea during the year 2013 In this study there were 134 patients using probiotics and 168 patients using zinc sulfate, the appropriateness of therapy as indicated there were 73 patients, 26 patients obtain treatment in accordance with the accompanying disease, and 61 patients who did not receive appropriate therapy and drug dossage.
