| Abstrak | : | Compounds of soursop leaves contains compounds that can be used as a source of natural antioxidants. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity and calculate the total flavonoid levels in each fraction as well as knowing how the correlation between total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity. Soursop leaf extraction process using 70% ethanol followed by fractionation with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate. Aktufitas antioxidants determined by testing arrest DPPH radical (2,2-dyphenyl-1-picrylhidrazyl), while the total phenolic content and total flavonoids were determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry technique (515) nm. This research was obtained from ethyl acetate fraction IC50 40.496 ppm, 45.455 ppm PE fraction, the fraction of the ethanol extract of 38.722 ppm. Also in the levels get ethylacetate fraction of total flavonoids of 14.37 ppm, 22.0 ppm petroleum ether fraction, and soursop leaf extract of 37.83 ppm. Total flavonoids content of the extract and fractions of soursop leaf and its IC50 value showed a linear relationship y = -0.996 x + 12.573 with a correlation coefficient (r2) = r2 = -0.440 to obtain the R2 value of 0.1936. These results indicate that the antioxidant activity of 19.36% soursop leaves is the result of the contribution of flavonoid compounds, the rest are other compounds that are antioxidants such as phenolic compounds. The correlation between total flavonoid with free radical antidote activity showed a negative correlation. The greater the total flavonoid content, the smaller the IC50 value.
