| Abstrak | : | Since the development agencies and companies, service a thing that is often considered by all the people to transact in an institution or place of public service. The purpose of this study is to know level performance of the queuing system at peak hours and regular hours of public service in a place that is SAMSAT Sleman district using model M / M / S (Multiple Channel-Single Phase) and comparative analysis of queues with service standards determined. The data used in this study primary data the number of arrivals of customers or clients for annual tax payments in SAMSAT Sleman district. From the results of the processing and analysis of the data found that the probability of performance at peak hours customers wait longer than regular hours but at peak hours guard booth performance over the full working from regular hours, apart from it for a long time in the service of the analytical results is no more than the standard time set by SAMSAT Sleman District.
