| Abstrak | : | Pertamax an environmentally friendly fuel of high octane product improvement pertamina previous results . New formula is made from high quality raw materials to make sure the vehicle's engine work better , more powerful , and allows you to save fuel . The purpose of the study to determine the loyalty and consumer preferences in the use of fuel types pertamax . The type of data used is primary data collected from consumers pertamax users using a questionnaire . This research was conducted at the pump 44.55.209 Sleman district , where the gas stations have the largest turnover in Sleman . This study investigates customer satisfaction based on constituent attributes by using gap analysis so that the known value of the gap between expectations with reality . Factor analysis is used to determine the factors that influence loyalty PERTAMAX users , in order to obtain the factors based on the attributes of the nearest . Through factor analysis formed two factors: Advantage Product and Social Benefits . Then, through the analysis of preferences by using the Kendall W test shows that the top priority of consumers in selecting products PERTAMAX because optimum engine performance when using PERTAMAX .
