Abstrak : The newest discoveries of modern technology are advanced and thus using it from design to manufacture the finished production of high efficiency is inevitable in the industrial world. Recently, much of modern equipment industry have been controlled by hydraulical system either in part or in whole. Stamping process is one determinant process on the successful results of a press mold products. Therefore, the study tried to design a tool clamp hydraulic press in manufacturing chicken feather composite tile. For the objective above, it requires design process, then, continued with designing assembly parts. Equipment hydraulic is used for stamping the products and the testing is done by using a stamping press in printing the composite tile in order to determine the performance of the stamping press and the resulted product. The results showed the stamping press can be used to manufacture the chicken feathers composite tile with a good result of uniform thickness compared than manual stamping.
