| Abstrak | : | Air is a sub component of the environment, namely geophysical component chemicals. One of the pollutants in the environment is lead (Pb), Pb as one of the contaminants can harm health and the environment. Plants Angsana (Pterocarpus indicus) has a function as a shade plant and urban air pollution filter allows to have a role as a lead absorber which is caused by motor vehicle emissions. This study aims to analyze the concentration of lead in the leaves Angsana in urban areas. Pb test performed on leaves Angsana Angsana by taking leaf samples at Jl. Adi Sucipto, Jl. Solo, Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Jl. Diponegoro and Jetis, Bantul as controls. Testing of Pb in leaves Angsana using atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. Research shows konsntrasi Pb in leaf Angsana still below the limit of toxicity at 1000 ppm allowed. Key words: Lead (Pb), Angsana (Pterocarpus indicus), plant shade. |
