| Abstrak | : | Utilization of active sludge cause a excess sludge which consist of bacteria or microb (chemical compound). The recent condition, the excess sludge in PT. Dharma Kalimantan Jaya (DKJ) has not been utilized as appropriate as its potential which managed using open dumping or landfill system. The purpose of this research is to know the variation of organic fertilizer content that mixed with humate acid, variation of WWTP sludge mix, heavy metal content, amount and width of leaves. to test 6 consentration of dried sludge with humate acid as fertilizer to spinach plant (Amaranthus sp). Those consentration are 1:100, 1:125, 1:150, using three control applications which are dried sludge, field soil, and mixture of humate acid and soil. As for the planting medium, the comparation of 80% soil and 20% organic fertilizer was used. Organic fertilizer content with humate acid mixture in this research with variation (1:100, 1:125, and 1:150), have N, P, K, C/N, lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) contents with slight difference and still under the permitted standard according to organic fertilizer quality standard of PERMENTAN (2009). The most optimal variation of organic fertilizer for utilization at PT. DKJ in this research is at variation of 1:150 comparation. Key words: sludge, humate acid, organic fertilizer, spinach |
