| Abstrak | : | Shariah insurance business car insurance in particular, is wide open because most of the people of Indonesia are Muslim and the volume of motor vehicles (cars) also increased so rapidly. In addition, the Muslim community was aware of the importance of being a member of the insurance. Based on these reasons, the researcher is interested to hold a further assessment in the " OPERATION OF PARTIAL LOSS AND THIRD PARTY FOR CAR INSURANCE FROM ISLAMIC FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE at PT. BUMIDA BUMIPUTERA SHARIA". The reason the researchers takes the study of Sharia Bumiputera companies Bumida Yogyakarta is because the researcher wants to see that PT. Bumiputera 1912 in terms of the name is very well known by the public but for the unit was still in very young Shariah Islamic Bumiputera, establishment licensed since February 19, 2004 in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Finance of Republic of. Kep-075/KM.6/2004. Officially in operation since April 2004, with the development of demanding PT. Bumiputera 1912 to open a motor vehicle insurance products Shari'ah. Researchers wanted to examine how the mechanism of partial loss and third party insurance on vehicles Shari'ah Cars in PT Bumida Bumiputera Yogyakarta branch of Sharia. This study is qualitative inductive in the sense of the facts to explain teori.Data in this thesis the data obtained from primary and secondary. Techniques of data collection are needed in this study the authors do a few things such as: interviews and documentation. In this thesis discusses the compiler uses the type of field research (field research). In analyzing the data, researchers used a qualitative descriptive evaluative approach. Based on that analysis the authors have done, it can be concluded that the Partial Loss of Takaful and the Third Party Car Sale in PT. Sharia Bumiputera Bumida Yogyakarta branch is in conformity with the jurisprudence of Islamic finance.
