| Abstrak | : | This thesis seeks to provide a description of how the actual Islamic law of Islamic Banking In the town of Gresik in East Java province, based on community preferences either boarding school boarding schools and boarding schools Nahdhotul Muhammadiyah scholars 'and compared between the two preferences. How do Islamic banks to socialize, so that the Islamic banking system is widely known, and how Islamic banks provide services to customers, especially among schools both teachers and students around Islamic boarding customers and non costumer a little more understanding exactly how Islamic banks operate in the city Gresik running this system for results and to distinguish between usury interest 'and for the corresponding Islamic boarding especially how to shape the performance and satisfaction realization of the Islamic system which is stated by the DSN (the National Islamic Council), which is run by Islamic banks, especially in the city of Gresik in East Java Province Comparing between the preferences of the two schools with different community organizations to the Islamic law of Islamic banks. The method used in this study is qualitative methods using interviews and questionnaire administration methods (students studying Islamic bank and a customer or non customer) affect the dependent variable (the decision of selecting students for the Islamic law of the Islamic banks). Is a form of knowledge which consists of two Islamic School Students List, Alumni, Teachers and Communities around Islamic boarding customers in the Islamic banks directly or indirectly, Islamic banking and knowledge derived from Islamic banks socialization, Media Television, newspapers, magazines or everyday subjects and the students environment, good and so is used as a form of preference level of the size of Islamic Law of Islamic banks. Individually and partial popularity or notoriety only variable that affects the Islamic bank's decision to choose the students of Islamic banks, while for the students preferences variables to the operational level and easy access to products or services of Islamic banks to influence the Islamic law of Islamic banks. For the students preference towards Islamic banking products are affected by variations or options to the customers of Islamic banks.
