| Abstrak | : | Investment is an important component for guaranty in a future for people, especially for people those who wish to gain happiness through investment patterns. Islamic financial institutions are now developing rapidly can be an alternative for customers who wish to invest. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sharia (persero), tbk Branch Office Sleman is one of the islamic banking that offer IBM Gold Investment product based on sharia principle by using buy mortgage. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of IBM Gold Investment product BRI Sharia related to mechanism proposed, the applicant customer requirments, terms, collateral, revenue and fees charged to customers within the applicant IBM Gold Investment product BRI Sharia Branch Office Sleman reviewed for compliance with the Fatwa Council of Nasional Syarian Indonesia Ulama Council and Fiqh of Finance. This research applied method of field research, researcher go directly to the object of research to obtain data required by way of interviews and observation about IBM Gold Investment product. While the analysis used to process the obtained data is descriptive analysis to produce a conclusion. The results of this study is that IBM Gold Investment use buy mortgage schames in PT BRI Sharia Branch Office Yogyakarta has not been entirely in accordance with some Fatwa and the view of Fiqh, which is about the clarity of the goods at the contract, which constains the value of speculative investments and less in accordance with Standard Oprasional Product SOP about Bailout from Bank Indonesia.
