Abstrak | : | This study aims to determine and describe the marketing strategy of PT. Takaful Indonesia Branch of Yogyakarta. The research was conducted using a descriptive approach qualititative. Qualititative descriptive study is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and behaviors that can be observed. Because this study describes or depicts the state of research on the subject or object of the present based on the facts that appear as they should.The data used in this study is the primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a list of interview questions asked or obtained from the resource persons who are competent in their field, namely Takaful Agency Director. While the secondary data in getting through the internet, books, agendas, internet and scientific papers that have relevance to support the analysis in this study. Data analysis techniques used in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to describe the social reality of the marketing strategy of PT. Takaful Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch in marketing its products and are formulated and dianalsis or take measurements through the theories relevant to the issues raised. The results of the marketing strategy will be undertaken by PT. Takaful Indonesia Branch of Yogyakarta is to use the gradual method such as: segmentation, targetting, positioning, differentiation, marketing mix, selling, marketing value, brand, service. In marketing its products, PT. Takaful Indonesia branch of Yogyakarta of applied ethics apply (character) to all marketers like having a spiritual personality (taqwa), behave well and sympathetic (shidiq), to be fair in business (al-adl), to be served and humble (khidmah), keeping the promises and do not cheat, honest and trustworthy (al-amana).
