| Abstrak | : | The development financing high among Shariah banking market in Indonesia is a desired. It is desirable is a good and healthy financial growth in accordance with market needs. Research was conducted to determine the policy and action given PT.BPRS Noble Charitable Partners in the completion of financing problems, and to determine the economic perspective of Islam against the policy. Data collection techniques used in this study by the author with the interview method. While the techniques of data analysis using descriptive approach that aims to systematically describe the characteristics of a particular field, This study describes the information in accordance with the studied variables. Thus, the results of research on policy and action settlement obtained financing problems in PT. SRB Noble Charitable Partners are: discretion to use based on the funding agency that has been set by the shariah bank, billing process in a way; letter of notification, warning letters to three times, direct billing, the self-financing, and execution of guarantees, actions are implemented in a way; Action perventif, revitalization measures, curative measures. As for customers who delay payments by way Ta'wid or fines imposed. As for principles of Islamic economy perspective is used based on the values contained in the Qur'an is like honesty, trust, trustful and well behaved.
