Abstrak : The experiment was conducted at Bank Syariah BRI branch of Yogyakarta which is located at Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 1 Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by BRI Syari?ah Branch Yogyakarta to advertise one of its products that is gold pawned. By this research, we know the marketing strategies used and the influence factors of BRI Syari?ah Branch of Yogyakarta in the marketing one of its products,gold pawned. This is done by using a descriptive approach qualititative. Descriptive qualititative is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and behaviors that can be observed. Because this study illustrate or describe the state of the subject or object of research at the present time based on the facts which looks as it should. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a list of interview questions asked or obtained from resource persons who are competent in their field, they are the people in the position of Madya Estimator Pawn of Bank BRI and Funding Officer. While the secondary data in getting through the internet, books, agendas, internet and scientific papers that have relevance to support the analysis in this study. Model analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis. By descriptive analysis, this study describes what the information in accordance with the variables studied. And in this case, researchers will describe the marketing strategies, problems and provide problem solutions and for gold pawned product in the BRI Syari?ah Branch of Yogyakarta. Results of research on marketing strategy will be undertaken by the BRI Syari?ah Branch of Yogyakarta is to use such promotional ways : advertising by using media advertisements on Radio Trijaya, posters, and brochures. In marketing the product, gold pawned, BRI Syari?ah Branch of Yogyakarta apply the principles of Islam such as shiddiq, istiqomah, fathonah, amanah and also tabligh.
