| Abstrak | : | Shari'ah support the growing economy with rising transactions using Shariah basis, This one background to join the growing pawn gold in our society that the majority of Muslims. Also gold is a commodity of pawn also have a fixed resistance value even tends to rise in value. Even apart from that the number of transactions that are Shari'a banking participate in increased and resulted in gains exceeding the target set by the management of each period. In addition Pawn financing is also one transaction that has been known in public life, in an attempt to obtain funds for various needs. Transactions pawn of law in Islamic of fiqh called ar-rahn. Ar-rahn is a kind of agreement to hold an item as a dependent of debt. Based on it then problems to be researched in this research are: How management applications in the use of Gold Pawn Financing rahn agreement in accordance with the principles of Syari?ah and how the application of Syari?ah agreement in every transaction Pawn Gold Financing. This study includes qualitative research with research sites in the Yogyakarta branch of BRI Syariah. The research data consists of primary data through interviews and secondary data through literature study include: books, research reports, and other electronic data related to problems in accurately. Based on this study can be concluded that the implementation mechanism in Gold Pawn Financing at BRI Syari'ah branch of Yogyakarta accordance with the principles of Syari?ah, moreover BRI Syari'ah branch of Yogyakarta in the execution or application is also used in every transaction rahn and ijarah agreement Pawn Gold Financing, This is seen in simple terms, easy procedure, agreement in writing, Financing Pawn with Gold as the items in the guaranteed, and is free of interest in financing the settlement administration process and Gold Pawn Financing at BRI Syari'ah branch of Yogyakarta does not contain elements of gharar which could violate Syari'ah principles and can be detrimental to customers.
