| Abstrak | : | This research is aimed to know human resources such as human resources provisioning and development that done by Global TV towards ?Berita Global? news program reporter and ?Obsesi? infotainment program reporter. The method used is qualitative approach and followed the constructivism paradigm. The result of provisioning and developing human resources research on ?Berita Global? news program and ?Obsesi? infotainment program are: on the provisioning human resources, ?Berita Global? and ?Obsesi? users give different main requirements to their human resources candidates. For the ?Berita Global? journalist candidates, the user prioritize some requirements such as smart looking, good looking, and wide insight, that is a must have for a reporter. While for the ?Obsesi? reporter candidates, the user give main requirements that the human resources candidates should have working experiences for a year minimum on the infotainment journalist world. And the results for human resources developing program, the entire reporter of ?Berita Global? news program and ?Obsesi? infotainment program which under the auspices of News Division, given a training and developing program that this developing program has been agreed by both of the personnel managerial of Global TV and R&D division of news managerial. This human resources development program is aimed to refresh and increase the human resources skills, so ease the purpose realization and the target that want to be achieved Key words: human resources management, reporter, ?Berita Global? program, ?Obsesi? program. |
