Abstrak : The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a relationship of job satisfaction with organizational commitment of employees in the bank contract x. The hypothesis was a positive relationship between job satisfaction with organizational commitment of employees in the bank contract x. The higher the job satisfaction score, the higher the organizational commitment of employees in the bank contract x. The subjects of this study were bank employees contract status. The subjects amounted to a data retrieval 65 people, with comprised of 27 women and 38 men. Method of analysis used to test hypotheses was product moment correlation test of Pearson. The results of data analysis showed a significant correlation between the variables of job satisfaction with organizational commitment r = 0.486 with p = 0.000 (p [0.01). This means there is a very significant positive relationship between job satisfaction with the organization's commitment to the bank employees with the status of the contract so that the hypothesis was accepted.
