| Abstrak | : | The research was entitled as The Impact of Working Safety and Working Healthy to Employee Performance P.T. Mega Daya Jakarta had aims to know how was the impact of working safety and working healthy to employee performance and nowing the most dominant variable between working safety and working healthy. The amount of sample this research were 57 respondents and the taking method of the samples used sensus method. Independent variables for this research were Working Safety (X1) and Working Health (X2) and the independent variable was employee performance (Y). The quetioner test used validity test and reliability test. The method of analyze is double linear regression with F test and t-test. The result of this research was there were influences between Working Safety (X1) and Working Health (X2) to the Employee Performance (Y). The result of partial test showed that Working Safety (X1) and Working Healthy (X2) had significant influences to the Employee Performance with the result were, Working Safety (X1) 3,474] t tabel 2,005 and Working Healthy (X2) 4,014] t tabel 2,005. The result for simultant test was the independent variables simultaneously had influnce for the depndent variable with F count ] F table (22,980 ] 3,168).
