| Abstrak | : | An increasingly rapid economic development and supported by technological advances led to intense competition between companies. Every company should be able to maintain its viability in a balanced way so as not to inhibit the production process. Similarly, a shoe company that is under study in Pormil Stores, Cibaduyut, Bandung. The issue raised is about the working conditions, manufacturing productivity, and environmental influences on the productivity of labor in the production of Stores Pormil. The study was conducted using the independent variables and the dependent variable in the study site is in Stores Pormil, Cibaduyut, Bandung. Methods of data collection is done by collecting data onprimary and secondary which will then be tested research instruments. In this study it was found that on average 3.75 employees assess whether non-physical work environment and an average of 3.69 employees to assess both the physical work environment. In addition 55.9 percent of the work environment affects productivity in the production of Stores Pormil. The conclusion was that the influence of non-physical work environment and physical work environment on the productivity of production in Stores Pormil. Advice given which should further improve the non-physical work environment such as maintaining good relations within the company to make the team work and improve the physical working environment for example by wearing the color of the walls that enhance morale.
