| Abstrak | : | This research examined a about the influence of leadership style to work performance, and this research be entitled as " The Leadership Style to Work Performance of Administrative employee in Sleman's Public Prosecutor Office". The main purpose of this research was to know how far the influence leadership style, wich consist of the employee's work perfomance. Which is include of democratic, otocracy,and free control leadership style. The second purpose was : which one of that three leadership style was the most influencing to the work performance in Sleman's Public Prosecutor Office. To analizing that problem, researcher use a few approach in leadership and work performance. To analize data, researcher use a multiple regression, doubled correlation, F Test, Partial Correlational Analization with T Test and Classical Test. Based on the questionnaire result, researcher could received new data which needed and from scientific approach and analytical tools, could be known that was a positive influence between the leadership style and the employee's work performance. This result was proved when researcher tested his hipotesa through test at a time, F Test, include partial test or T Test,that showed a strong and significant influence to employee's work performance. From the partial coefficient determination test result, showed that democratic leadership was given the most dominant influence to the work performance with 35,7 persen, and from doubled correlation analysis, could be get that the leadership style's variable (otocracy,democracy,and free control) could gave 40 persen of influence to the employee's work performance.
