Competitive organizations depend on human resourceswithintheorganization Stress is a state happens when there is a demand in a person who is considered beyond the limits of self-adjustment ability of the person concerned. Stress actually affect the state of one's self, but few people understand about the stress. stress can increase an employee's job performance, if managed properly. one of the factors that affect the working perstasi is motivation. Motivation is a situation or stimulus given to someone so that someone will try to get what she wants by doing activities or the work so that it can be achieved. The objective of this research is to find out how big effect of work stress and motiation indiidually or together toward performance of employees in the SAE Market, Parakan. Data was collected by questionnaire which are deloped on theoretical base submitted. Questionnaire were given to respondent, all lof amployes of Parakan SAE Market. To evaluate this instrument feasibility conducted by item program. This result of this research use descriptive analysis and indctive analysis (regression, f-test, t-test, annova). The result of this research showes that the effect of work stress and motivation individually or together having significnt positive effect toward performance of employees in the Parakan SAE Market. Beside that, motivastion is the most dominant variable effect toward performance of employees in the Parakan SAE Market which have gotten a good responses by employees.
