Abstrak : This research is aimed at finding out the work stress variable in forms of work conflict, work burden, work time, task characteristics, group support and leadership, simultaneously or partially towards the workers? performance of Gas State Corporation Ltd. Jakarta. Population in this research is all workers at Gas State Corporation Ltd., Public Service and Logistic Division which amount is 160 workers. Samples taken using Proportional Random Sampling is 40 workers. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research result shows that at the first hypothesis i.e. work stress variable (work conflict, work burden, work time, task characteristics, group support and leadership influence) simultaneously has positive effect and significant towards workers performance of the divisions of public service and company security at GSC Ltd. Jakarta, proved by significant value level 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Then, the first hypothesis stating that work stress variable (work conflict, work burden, work time, task characteristics, group support and leadership influence) simultaneously has positive and significant effect towards workers? performance of the divisions of public service and company security at GSC Ltd. Jakarta is accepted, while second hypothesis that each independent variable is significant towards dependent variable. The T Test shows that only variables of work conflict and work burden are proved to be true because they have smaller probabilities than 0.05, while time work variable, task characteristic, group support and leadership influence are not proved to be true because they have bigger probability than 0.05. Then, third variable stated that work conflict variable is the variable that has most dominant influence towards the performance of worker of divisions of public service and company security at GSC Ltd. Jakarta is proved to be true because the result above shows that the biggest ? is shown by work conflict variable, with the biggest beta coefficient is -0.475. This shows that the third hypothesis is proved to be true. Key words : work conflict, work burden, work time, task characteristic, group and leadership supports, and worker performance
