| Abstrak | : | The research descript how influence aspects of Leadership, Emotional Question, and Islamic Ethical of work to Employee Performance?s in Law Faculty, Islamic Of Indonesian University. The objective of this research are to find out : 1. to get empiric prove about influences of leadership, Emotional Question, and Islamic Ethical of work to organizational performance?s in Law Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University. The respondances of the research are administrative employes of Law Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University. The research use questionnaire is uses descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that there are two significant influence aspect of the Emotional Question (X2) and Islamic Ethical of Work (X3) to Employee Performance, Islamic of Indonesian University. The Emotional Question (X2) is the most dominant aspect of the employee performance?s in Law Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University.
