| Abstrak | : | 1 Analysis On The Human Resources Management At Unisi FM and Q FM Radio Yogyakarta Siam Pitra Putra Science of Communication Department FPISB UII Student, Have Completing Study in 2008. Abstract Human resource has long been the main concern of an organization to support its efforts in achieving its objectives. Qualified human resource is highly demanded if an organization is oriented to fulfill its target in productivity and efficiency as its competitive advantage. Based on this framework, this this research is aimed at finding by observing the 4 stages of human resources management, namely: human resource planning, employee recruitment, selection and placement, employee training and development. The research data is collected by using descriptive qualitative method. This method is conducted in some stages. The first stage is conducting observation. The second stage is treating secondary data as statistical data to illustrate the subject preference towards research background. The third stage is using library research and interview results with some experts to formulate the ideal model of human resources management. This research shows some important finding. First, there is a tendency towards mismanagement or overlapping position. Second, the employees lowest educational background required to take the job is still low. Unisi FM requires its employee to hold diploma degree while Q FM requires only high school graduates. Third, employees educational background is not in line with the jobs to be carried out so that it creates low work performance and productivity. Key word : human resources management |
